1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options (if available) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and location.

 

 

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide where supported by our fulfillment partners.

  • International delivery times vary but typically range from 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

 

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

 

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost items, or additional charges due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

 

 

6. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control (carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, etc.). However, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues.

 

7. Split Shipments

Because some of our items are fulfilled by different production partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
