At Greenlit or Not™, we want every customer to love their merch as much as they love movies. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

In its original packaging with tags attached.

In the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable:

Gift cards.

Downloadable digital products.
-
Limited Drops or special edition items marked Final Sale.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@greenlitornot.com.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds? Contact your bank or credit card company first. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@greenlitornot.com.
4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, email us at support@greenlitornot.com for instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) may be deducted.
5. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If you provide an incorrect address or fail to claim your package, the order will be returned to our fulfillment partner. You may be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Sale & Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are Final Sale unless defective.
8. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees. Returns are accepted, but international shipping costs are non-refundable.
