🛒 Orders
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Orders move quickly into production, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Email us ASAP at support@greenlitornot.com, and we’ll do our best.
🚚 Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide where supported by our fulfillment partners. International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days.
Q: How long does U.S. shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes about 3–7 business days after processing.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Q: What if I entered the wrong address?
A: Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or unclaimed address, reshipping fees may apply.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Certain items like gift cards, digital downloads, and limited drops marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at support@greenlitornot.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions.
Q: Do you cover return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Q: Are your sizes true to fit?
A: Yes, but since we work with multiple fulfillment partners, sizing may vary slightly by item. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Q: Do you restock limited drops?
A: Nope. Limited drops are one-time only — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Q: Are the colors exactly as shown online?
A: We do our best to show accurate product colors, but variations may occur depending on your screen or device.
